Shadowpriest.com has a more comprehensive list but includes hard-mode loot which is, for the most part, unobtainable right away. This list is a “best-in-slot” list of gear from the current craftables, reputation and raid content without the inclusion of hard mode loot, low grade epics or PVP gear. There ARE better drops from hard-mode bosses and if your guild is at that point in their progression you’ll most likely benefit more from the full list found here at Shadowpriest.com, which is where I found the information to begin with – I’m just taking out the hard mode loot, etc. Lists are done with the best choice at the top, then working it’s way down. Gems do not include JC Prismatic Gems.

To determine an items spot on the list, I’m using the same gear point scale as Shadowpriest.com which is:

Spell Hit – 1.31 until capped. Once capped, it becomes 0. Items are listed with hit being capped.
Spellpower – 1
Crit – 0.71
Haste – 0.65
Spirit – 0.21
Intellect – 0.21

Legend:
Information on where the numbers come from can be found here. The totals under each item is their total point value. If a second number is present, that the is point value if you are using the item for its hit rating (thus raising the items value significantly). The gem listed is the recommended gem to use to achieve maximum benefit from the item if the socket bonus is good. Totals listed also include the bonus from the gems and socket bonuses (if taken). If more than one socket is available but only one gem is listed, that gem will be used for all sockets.

Set Bonuses (according to Shadowpriest.com):
2pc T8 = ~110 DPS
4pc T8 = ~124 DPS

So if you’re getting the set bonus, take this information in to consideration to adjust it’s spot on the list.
